By accessing and using XV Resume (https://xvresume.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

XV Resume provides an AI-powered resume and cover letter builder, ATS keyword analysis, cold recruiter outreach generator, and multi-language translation tools for job seekers.

3. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Our order process and payment transactions are facilitated by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscription fees for Pro plans are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings / Customer Portal with zero cancellation fees.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the profile data, work history, and resume content you input into the service. Generated resume outputs and downloadable PDFs belong to you.
